Natural World

"Adaptability is key to survival."

Charles Darwin

Harnessing the Force of Nature

From the tiniest creature to the tallest mountain, the deepest ocean to the star lit sky, the world we inhabit is brimming with brilliant examples of energy in action; focused leadership, productive teamwork, enterprising resource management and audacious adaptations. And alongside this, cautionary examples of catastrophic crises, and spectacular systems failures. Species evolve and decline, climate changes and resets – yet Nature herself, lives on; altered but undiminished.

The Natural World Collection are highly interactive events, inviting participants to connect with the wisdom that is all around us and explore how these insights might influence the way we manage our own energy as leaders operating in the ever-changing world of corporate affairs.

Available as a basic two-hour workshop or, to incorporate business specific outcomes, choose half day, or full day events. Bespoke programmes also available.

Prices start at £399 for a two hour workshop for up to 12 participants with one facilitator online.

Had the pleasure of attending another one of Karen’s events ‘the call of the wild’ session and this did not disappoint. Similarly, to other events held, the different take on leadership skills and subsequent discussion is refreshing and in addition we get to learn about another topic, in this instance animal behaviours and traits – which is great. I would absolutely recommend this type of session – great content and a really interesting group of attendees. Thank you.

I was invited to attend one of Karen’s online coaching sessions “The Call Of The Wild” and was somewhat reticent at the thought of having to engage in something that was getting in the way of my busy day, but as the session went on I found myself becoming more and more engaged with the topic; I enjoyed spending time with my peer group, something that I do not do enough of, by the end of the session I was fully engaged. Karen was able to turn what seemed a simple topic at the time into an informative and insightful way of how we conduct our thoughts and processes in everyday life and how we might change these for the better, for me I will not look at any animal or insect again in the same way and I am looking forward to the next session.

Even as a “non-horsey” person I can say that I thoroughly enjoyed this event. Karen and Barney, (the retired racehorse), gave us 16 lessons and insights from their world of racing which, when applied to business life, will aid not only performance but also enjoyment. I came away with several actionable ideas and new perspectives.

Having had a coaching session with Karen a few years ago, to receive an invite to her event on zoom I had no hesitation in booking on. For me to sit for an hour is most unusual. The story of a race horses life in relation to running my own businesses was thought provoking. Karen made the meeting really interesting to listen to and comfortable to join in conversation following each survey`s result. I`ve been on zoom meetings before and they can be so boring but I felt very engaged and enjoyed my sit down immensely. Thank you Karen.
