The intention behind all of the events listed on this site is to encourage teams to think, connect and grow together; exploring, reflecting and learning in a way that – I hope - feels fresh, engaging and genuinely useful.
Rather than relying on generic exercises, or predictable team-building activities that team members may well have experienced before, and some might find intimidating, each event uses an unexpected theme - from
history
and the
natural world
to
mindset
and
festive
stories - as the starting point for exploring real workplace challenges.
This approach helps people step outside their usual context, making it easier to discuss issues of leadership, communication, decision-making, resilience, conflict, change and the meaning of success, without conversations feeling forced or overly personal.
And, because we are using the power of metaphor and story-telling, no-one can predict in advance quite what new thinking might emerge to shape the team dynamic or, indeed, the direction of travel. No one person can dominate and no-one needs to feel awkward about how they might compare with others because there really is no right or wrong way of interpreting the content.
All this without getting your feet wet.
