All events started out as online network events for a mixed audience of leaders, business owners, and managers from a broad range of different industries. Refined and updated, they are now available to corporate teams to commission directly, either in their original format, or as extended half, or full, day events incorporating bespoke organisational objectives. A fun, quirky, and surprisingly effective, alternative to conventional team building, leadership development and executive awaydays.

I've had the pleasure of participating in three of Karen's online seminars which have been fantastic. Karen takes a topic, sometimes based on history, sometimes on her own personal experience, and uses this as a powerful metaphor, encouraging participants to consider things from a different perspective and applying the learning to their work context. I hired Karen to facilitate her event "Divorced, beheaded, died" (which is centred around the lives of Henry VIII`s 6 wives) for a group of managers in my organisation. The event was a total success thanks to Karen`s meticulous and thoughtful approach. The content of the session kept us all engaged throughout and afterwards there were comments about losing interest at various points of previous management-based team building events, whereas with Karen`s session that was not the case. Karen was particularly adept at bringing our focus back to the relationship between the content of the session and our own context.
